On my 5 acre property is a 15 year old G F converted from a 50' sea container... It is a lovely, cosy place and has been occupied for many years... I bought the property 12 years back presuming all was above board... BUT NO... The local shire has informed me I have no Planning permission and the G F can NOT be occupied... With desperate people living in tents and cars,,, This perfectly adequate unit now sits empty,,, so much for common sense and compassion As an OAP with little concept of dealing with Shire regulations I am in desperate need of help and guidance as to how I get this G F approved and back in use... I have Emailed a few companies that make, or sell, G F plus a local builder but as I'm not a potential big $$$ spender the response has been zero... I would be so appreciative to be told the required steps and protocols I have to meet that hopefully wont be too expensive... Thank you for reading
