I think they are really appealing, walk everywhere, bus along the Terrace, the price of them has moved very very slightly and they’re spacious. If I won lotto I would buy in the Lawson apartments , I love them but no car park!

Anyone would think about this property? a bit later as it has already under offer, but the land size is only 450sqm including driveway, and looks like it is wood floor/ceiling, will that be cheaper? The land size is actually only 350sqm excluding the driveway, so a bit small rear block. Not sure how much it will be sold. Agent doesn't want to disclose the sold price.
