    I was going to say Karen from Property Zest too. I haven't used her but have listened to all of her podcasts from her show Everyday Property Investing and she is certainly passionate about what she does, that carries through the radio. I would trust her. I have been to her with questions directly and she has always been receptive.

    Has anyone ever used investigate property?
    I went to one of the Reno kings seminars and the son Justin I believe runs it. He certainly made it sound like he was a gun but I'd love to hear opinions from real life people.

    I used Andrew Allen's services last year, had a great experience and highly recommend him and his team. Dealt mostly with Micah who was fantastic.

    Don't use Darren Piper from Universal Buyers Agents.
    I requested two must haves and he kept sending me properties via email that contradicted my must haves. I realised, within 2 days, that I must cancel Darren and do my own research. Unfortunately I had already paid him over $1,000. I asked for a refund of some of the money paid and he refused. We had to buy a home within 1 week to prevent storage of our household items and renting a place.
    I found our new home within 2 days with all the must haves. We are very happy in our new home!
    Please be careful.
