    Hi im looking into the buyers agency,
    property zest based in brisbine
    What are your thoughts on them ?
    . Whos used them ? Would you recommend them etc ? Thanks !

    I had a client use them and he was unimpressed for a few reasons.

    That's interesting around the same time as my Brisbane purchase.

    Many of my clients have also used Property Zest and have been very happy and have hon between both of us a few times ie) buy one in Melbourne, then Brisbane, back to Melbourne, back to Brisbane.

    Karen and the Zest team helped me purchase my second IP sight unseen from Melbourne and there service was 10/10. So easily they could have bought me a rubbish property but they kept holding off until they nailed the brief. I have since referred 3 of my colleagues who have also made purchases.

    Come think of it i should give them a call to explore IP3!

    Highly recommended.

    We've referred clients to Karen and been very happy with the outcomes to date. From our dealings Karen is hardworking, knowledgeable and gets results. She is also a REBAA member so that should provide extra peace of mind re: credentials and experience.

    Take a listen to the Everyday Property Investing podcast on iTunes - it's done by Kaz Young who (as I understand) is the main force behind Property Zest. As far as doing your due dillegence goes, listening to 100+ podcasts by someone should give you a pretty good idea as to whether you think they have their head screwed on or not.
