    Hi all,

Recently I have discovered podcasts (late to the party I know!). I have found them to be a great way gain information and help maximise my time when I'm on the road commuting to work. So I was wondering what podcasts if any do people out there use?

These are the ones I am listening to at the moment:

    -everyday property investing
    -australian property investor
    -REIQ TV

There a good way to put you to sleep too!

I've managed to get into a really bad habit of dozing off to podcasts at night - not property/business stuff, that would drive me crazy. It's mostly sports podcasts - I listen to Grantland and ESPN podcasts a fair bit. Mostly for NBA news.

I also like This American Like and the Joe Rogan experience.

    Cheers

    Jamie

I also just discovered podcasts as a great way of maximizing commuting time.

I found Jason Hartman "the creating wealth show", whilst it is American i have found some of the articles interesting and there are lots of podcasts and topics to listen to

    Tim Ferriss Podcast is brilliant.

I enjoy the Joe Rogan podcast too though I tend only to listen to episodes with guests I want to hear from rather than every single episode. Highlight include Sam Harris, Jason Silva, Neil Tyson, Dan Hardy, Tim Ferriss..

I've been listening to the Mark Bouris podcast - mostly relating to the economy in general but has some relevance to property. His views can be somewhat controversial but he's still an interesting guy. Am loving The Property Couch (my favourite!) and I also like Real Estate Talk.

For non property related podcasts I listen to Mystery Show, Law Report, Criminal, Stuff You Should Know, This American Life, BBC Documentaries. All are great!

i for the life of me cannot figure out how to use this app.

Is there a way of getting it to auto download each episode of real estate talk or something similar or will it prompt me to download a new episode each time one comes out?

If you have iTunes/iPhone you can just subscribe to the podcast through the podcast section, set it to download new episodes and sync to your phone automatically.

I'm also on the Tim Ferris Show bandwagon, if anything listen to his show.
I work away, and have a lot of time with earmuffs on in an engine room so I get a lot of podcast time in. Anything to do with self development and investing. I've started to see a lot of common threads and ideas coming across the different podcasts which ends up building the importance of particular points.
The Money Tree Investing, Rich Dad Radio(A bit Meh), The Investors Podcast, Value Investing, Art of Charm, Smart Passive Income, and Mixergy. And to make sure I get a bit of general noise of what the media is peddling Money News with Ross Greenwood

Not strictly a podcast, but I love these ones:
    FightMediocrity

I have listened to all 54 of them now. You can just listen or you can listen and look. Get your tablet out while cooking dinner.

Just thought I would add another to this list of podcasts I listen to and that is the Garyvee show. Great guy very motivational, smart and talented have listened to him now for just over a year and he had bought tremendous value to the way I think.

Best thing I've come across on you tube! Great way to get A taste of books then go out and read the ones you like.... Or just say you've read them ;)

Is sound cloud the same as using iTunes?? Will sounds cloud play all podcasts?? Or is there something better for Android?
