What are your hobbies? What other passions, apart from property do you spend your time on? What is your de-stress go to?

I'm based in Victoria, so only ever go to our local mountains - Falls, Hotham and Mt.Buller. Haven't ever been to any of the NSW ski fields.

Did go to NZ a number of years ago, and when we lived in the USA we went to Lake Tahoe, Big Bear and Yosemite - all in California.

Art classes once a week, meeting new people its been great. Also looking at continuing with more art classes, different teachers, I cant get enough it may end up taking over from property.

Umm ... you paint pets? Do you mean as in an artistic representation of your pets? Or do you make your dogs look like zebras, your cats look like tigers, etc? :p

Renovating and making stuff would be my hobbies. They're pretty handy hobbies.

I remember hobbies. Before we had kids I had lots of them. One day I might have enough time for hobbies again!

Oh yes, I forgot this one. Although, I'm more of a professional than amateur.

I think it depends on the recipient - but something you've personally put a lot of effort into is actually a really great present in my opinion. Some people might not appreciate it though.

I did leadlighting before having babies, and then switched to mosaic work. Once I started mosaic torsos, I got hooked. They are therapeutic, like a giant jigsaw but I love seeing them emerge. I am about to start one now. When someone we don't know comes to our house, they are too polite to ask about why we have so many of the same thing hanging about :p. I love them though.
