    Hi guys,

Just looking to see who the best PM is in the above areas. I need to shoot some questions at them about a potential property purchase :)

    Thanks

    Heya
I think @DiligentPM from these forums handles that area, why not give her a buzz?

    Hi @kimba88
Please contact Sumayya Burger of Red Rocket Realty (07) 3340 4200

Sumayya is excellent - I have had some challenges re PM recently, and recommend Sumayya from experience - she is extremely commercial, and knows what adds value to a property, without wasting your or tenants' time.

Another thing is, Red Rocket have a shop front - and you want people to be able to walk in and apply directly - in my view this is extremely important.

Maybe in 1995. Everything is done electronically now to the point you can apply on re.com.

Yes, agreed - but if a PM co doesn't have the presence - then there is a challenge! This has been my experience anyway. It is up to the PM how they go on about it.

Could it depend on the area and demographics?
We had poor results with a PM who doesn't have a shop front..

I wouldn't have though the lack of shopfront is the cause for a poor result (the effect).

It just multiplied the affects on the results (or the lack of).

Indeed Also tenants love the personalized service of mobile PM specialists meeting them onsite offering additional opportunities to stay abreast of the status of the property on top of the regular diligent inspectons

Yup, when I've been an employee at other agencies, office was mainly so we could work together. There was never any walk in inquiries from tenants. Landlords do like to meet from time to time, but most are happier in a cafe than in an office. Myself included.

Additionally, the agencies didn't accept cash for bonds or rent, only DD, bpay, EFT, etc. so another reason why its antiquated.
