    Wentworthville Parramatta
    I need help as I am planning to subdivide my which has the potential for a two-lot subdivision with a battleaxe in Parramatta council (and each lot be able to accommodate a duplex) as the new LEP 2023 Parramatta council requirement for battleaxe lot size to be 550m2 without including the driveway

    Looking for the information, advice, engineers/ people to help me achieve the above?
