    I use Linda Beard from Acton Projects in Fremantle, always goes above and beyond and is genuinely passionate about what she does and has never let me down and also helped me do a successful reno on an IP.

    Investors Edge seem good, their fees are on the higher side but it's likely a case of you get what you pay for. For my $600-650 p/w rental, Investors Edge was going to be circa 5k.

    I decided to go with Oscar from Dedicated PM, flat $59 weekly fee, no other fees. He's been great and worth a call/enquiry.

    Yep, I saw Clintos responded to you in the other Perth PM thread recently. So I won't write much.

    I've had a few issues needing to be fixed and Oscar and his team (Bek and JiaJia) have been great).
