    Hi everyone,
    I've been looking to purchase an investment property for about 6 months now. Started looking in Sydney, but I can't find anything decent in the areas I'd like to buy.
    Now I'm looking in other states but there is so much out there, I'm not confident that I'd be buying an "investment grade" property. I've approached a couple of buyers agents but it seemed like a huge process getting on board with them, and they want to cross-sell you everything under the sun.
    I'd just like to be introduced good investment opportunities (good capital growth, reasonable yield) under $900k, ideally a house so I can avoid paying strata levies.
